Burn Fat the Quick and Easy Way
There are a number of weight loss tricks that don't really work at all, but there are a few that work wonders, and I think I have found one. I have been experimenting with a weight loss technique for 4 months, and it has allowed me to build muscle while, at the same time lose 15 pounds. This method is not known by many, but it has the potential to totally transform your body. That is why I want to tell you what I know.
Four months ago, I began to do intermittent fasting. Fasting, if you have never heard of it, is a time when one does not eat any solid food. We all fast while we sleep, but the reason it never benefits us is because we do not fast for long enough. Most people eat as soon as they wake up and right before they go to sleep. This is a bad thing for a few reasons. Since you are constantly feeding your body, it has to continually supply blood to the digestive system which leaves little left over to tend to other body parts, such as your brain. If you can increase the amount of time you fast, your body will have more time to cleanse and repair itself. This is essential for good health. It has been shown that fasting is one of the best ways to lower blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar. It is also great for enhancing your mood, increasing your energy, and burning fat fast. These are only a few of the many benefits that intermittent fasting has to offer, but these should be plenty to convince you that you need to try this method for yourself!
Intermittent fasting is actually very easy to do, as long as you can get used to skipping a meal or two every day. Don't worry, because this means that you can eat more when it does come time for you to eat. Intermittent fasting does not require you to count calories, change the foods you eat or even participate in an exercise routine. All of the benefits of fasting come directly from the time you spend not eating food. Basically, the longer you can go without eating, the more benefits you will experience. If you can shorten the amount of time you spend eating on a daily basis, you will experience a great number of benefits. The easiest way to do this is to skip breakfast, since that will increase the amound of time you are fasting. For very fast results, skip breakfast and lunch, and eat all your food within a window of 4 to 8 hours. If you can spend at least 16 hours fasting every day, you will be sure to experience a ton of weight loss and many other health benefits.

Burn Fat and Get Ripped
Most people wish to lose weight so that they can look better. Many people wish that they could get washboard abs and ripped muscles, but very few achieve this because they fail to do what is required to get to that low of a body fat percentage. If you want to get ripped, lifting weights is only part of the equation. The other part is shedding body fat, and I want to show you a way that you can do just that in a small amount of time.
I recently started a weight loss and muscle building program that involves intermittent fasting, which if you don't know, is a strategy that involves not eating for extended periods of time. At first, I was skeptical because I had always heard bad things about skipping meals. It is a common belief in the health world that not eating often will slow down your metabolism and send your body into starvation mode, causing you to store more fat. This I found is simply not true. The opposite is actually closer to the truth. Eating continuously throughout the day will cause your body to go into 'fat storing mode' because it thinks you are preparing for a famine or drought of some sort. Not eating for extended periods of time will cause your body to go into 'fat burning mode' and will also allow for rapid detoxification of the body, which has many benefits.
Intermittent fasting can be done in many different ways. The method I have found most effective is daily fasts of 16 to 20 hours. This means I eat within a 4 to 8 hour window. This often involves me skipping breakfast and lunch. Since doing this, I have seen a dramatic increase in my energy levels, especially in the mornings, as well as a lowering of my blood pressure and a dramatic decrease in my body fat percentage. While doing intermittent fasting for 4 months, I lost 15 pounds and gained a large amount of muscle at the same time. I finally got that ripped look I had always wished for.
If you are interested in losing weight, burning fat, building muscle or all of the above, intermittent fasting is probably one of the best things you could do for yourself. I have given you a small amount of information on intermittent fasting, and I suggest that you do more research so that you can get all the information and decide if it is right for you. Best of luck on your journey!

Burn Fat Quickly and Easily
After gaining 30 pounds in college, I knew I had to do something to lose some weight. I began researching different ways to lose weight fast, and I tried many methods. I wasted some money learning about some extremely ineffective weight loss programs, but not too long ago, I spent the last dollar I will ever spend on a weight loss product. Why? I found something that works so well for fat loss, I will never need any other advice or weight loss tips again. I want to share this method with you.
Intermittent fasting changed my life forever. Since beginning intermittent fasting, I have experienced extreme weight loss and fat loss, increased energy, lower blood pressure, and many other positive things. The benefits of intermittent fasting are so amazing, I believe everyone should know about it. So, what exactly is intermittent fasting?
Fasting is the practice of refraining from eating solid food for certain periods of time. The whole idea behind it is that you decrease the time you spend eating, and increase the time you spend fasting (not eating) so that your body can begin to burn your fat stores and detoxify and repair itself. Many people view fasting as "starving yourself" but it is actually extremely healthy to fast, which may explain why people have been doing it for thousands of years. Your body will not go into starvation mode from fasting nor will it slow your metabolism down. Next time someone tries to tell you this, tell them to check their facts. So, how can you begin to lose weight with intermittent fasting?
The easiest way I have found to do intermittent fasting is to skip breakfast. This is easy for me since I am never usually hungry in the mornings anyway. By skipping breakfast, you are increasing the time you spend fasting and you will therefore burn more calories and more fat. You can even extend your fast by not eating lunch either. I do this often. It is normal for me to only eat between the hours of 4 and 10 PM. This means I am fasting daily for 18 hours. This is a great way to do daily fasts, however you can do weekly fasts as well. This would involve eating normal for most of the week, but then going one to two full days without eating any food. I suggest you learn more if you are serious about losing weight fast.
If you are serious and committed to losing weight quickly, I suggest you begin to learn more about intermittent fasting so you can begin to experience the many benefits it offers. You can learn more here: http://www.intermittentfasting4life.com
